Rates and Policies
Rates:
- Rates $225/night with a two night stay.
- Christmas and New Year holidays, $275/ night with a 2 night minimum, $250/ night with a 5 night minimum
- You can call for any specials
- For week days in the winter, or in our off season.
- We also offer specials for our return customers, and for week long stays

Policies:
- Rates given are per night, based upon a 2 night minimum visit (longer minimum stays required during holiday periods) and do not include 6% county room tax, or refundable security deposit.
- Half payment & your refundable security deposit are due at the time of reservation.
- Upon receipt of partial payment, you will be sent a confirmation letter, a map, directions and instructions for check-in and key pick-up.
- Full payment (rent, room tax, security deposit) is due 30 days in advance.
- Cancellations or changes made more than 45 days in advance will not be charged a cancellation fee. Cancellations or changes made less than 45 days in advance forfeit the full amount paid.
- Security deposit will be retained until after departure and may be used to cover the costs of: damages, replacement of missing items, cleaning beyond normal expectations or any other expenses incurred by the renter.
- Check-in is 4 PM . Check-out is 11 AM .
- We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. You will be charged for shipping plus a minimum $25 handling fee for any items left behind that you request us to return.
- Please no smoking.
POLICIES AND RATES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE AND DURING HOLIDAYS AND QUIET SEASON PERIODS. (PLEASE CALL US ABOUT SPECIAL POLICIES AND RATES FOR THANKSGIVING, CHRISTMAS, NEW YEAR'S AND RESERVATIONS OF 7 OR MORE NIGHTS.) THERE WILL BE NO REFUNDS DUE TO ACTS OF GOD, NATURE, WEATHER, OR WEATHER-RELATED SITUATIONS, MECHANICAL OR ELECTRONIC FAILURE, SKI OR GOLF CONDITIONS, POWER FAILURES OR FAMILY FEUDS.
